Manage social media accounts, run paid campaigns, build and deploy email workflows, monitor performance, and keep marketing projects moving across multiple channels simultaneously
Maintain and manage company social media accounts across platforms
Create advertising materials and branded content using design and marketing tools
Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms and track engagement performance
Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis and present findings to the marketing team
Create, build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation
Monitor email campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe trends
Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Research industry trends and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
2 to 3 years of proven digital marketing experience
Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, and paid media campaigns
Proficiency with design and marketing tools such as Canva, Microsoft Design, or Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Google Ads, web analytics platforms, and CRM tools
Understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword research, website optimization, and digital advertising strategies
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and navigation
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflow management tools
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
