Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with key users and C-suite decision-makers across asset managers, hedge funds, and financial institutions.
Business Reviews: Lead regular, high-impact business reviews to stay aligned with client goals, surfacing insights on how Fiscal.ai can support their shifting strategies in the AI era.
CRM Discipline: Maintain a meticulous record of account health, contract dates, and expansion opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless internal collaboration.
Requirements
3+ years of experience: Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed renewal targets and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) quotas.
Capital Markets Expertise: Previous experience working within or selling to Capital Markets is a significant advantage.
Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and explain complex data architectures and API integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Executive Presence: Comfortable leading presentations and negotiations with senior-level decision-makers in the financial sector.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't wait for a ticket to break to call a client, but rather hunts for growth opportunities constantly.
