Design and deploy scalable product ops processes — including AI-enabled workflows, automation pipelines, and PDLC governance models — that reduce manual overhead and speed up product team output.
Facilitate governance and support design and deployment of AI agents, skills files, and automation tooling to cut manual work and accelerate product team output.
Facilitate working sessions and workshops with product and design stakeholders using design thinking methods to surface priorities, align stakeholders, and define operating models.
Support board reporting materials development.
Measure adoption and continuously improve the tools, templates, and systems the product team relies on.
Support contract/spend auditing and annual planning for the product team’s vendor contracts and spend — identify consolidation opportunities, surface potential cost savings, and help PMs find cost offsets they can act on through changes to tools or approach.
Build business cases for new product investments — size the market opportunity (TAM, SAM, SOM), frame the strategic rationale, and give leadership the data they need to make confident resource decisions.
Run the product team’s operating cadence — facilitate the standups, reviews, and cross-functional syncs that keep the team accountable to deadlines and moving fast.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in product operations, strategy, management consulting, or a closely related field.
Proven track record designing AI-enabled processes and automation — you’ve shipped adopted processes enabled through agents and agentic workflows, not just run experiments.
Hands-on experience building LLM agents and prompt systems (e.g., CLAUDE.md/skills files, system prompts, tool definitions) across multiple platforms.
Experience facilitating workshops with VP-level and senior leaders, driving decisions and building alignment in a room.
Experience developing board decks for quarterly and annual financial and product performance reporting.
Strong design thinking skills — you know how to take a messy problem, run a structured process, and turn ambiguity into action.
Experience documenting and codifying processes so they actually get adopted, not just filed away.
