Manage a portfolio of Payroll, HR, Expenses and Technical projects, delivering successful outcomes from initiation through to completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure milestones, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
Produce project reporting and maintain governance standards, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent delivery practices.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project processes, standardising ways of working, and supporting the ongoing development of the Project Operations function.
Own and maintain project management tools and reporting platforms to support effective project delivery and portfolio visibility.
Requirements
Experience delivering projects in software, SaaS, implementation or professional services environments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, risks and dependencies simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms is desirable. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies is advantageous.
Proactive, solutions-focused and motivated to improve processes, standardise ways of working, and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
