Proactively identify and engage potential Enterprise customers through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative channels).
Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and tailor approaches to connect with decision-makers.
Educate prospects about Wellhub's mission and value proposition, generating interest and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Overcome objections, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships with prospects at different levels.
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to align messaging, share insights, and define strategies for key accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation targets.
Requirements
Reside in São Paulo.
Availability to go to the office at least once per month.
Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in business/sales roles.
A true team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve both team and individual goals.
Results-oriented.
Self-starter, able to multitask and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Thinks outside the box and seeks to solve complex problems with novel, creative solutions.
English is a plus.
