About this role
Role Overview
Maintain contact with clients to assess the quality of technical services provided by the company.
Contribute to service planning, including scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs/overhauls in the Repair department.
Manage spare parts inventory.
Liaise with International Support in periodic meetings and for discussion of special cases.
In people management, develop the team to ensure excellence in services delivered to our clients and ensure all activities are recorded in SAP.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Industrial Automation or related field).
Postgraduate degree in service management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of SAP environment preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in hospital/laboratory automation (IVD).
Completion of trainings applicable to the role according to the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department training matrix.
English language skills for reading technical manuals and communication with manufacturers.
Technical documentation control.
Management of the installed base.
