Service Manager

Role Overview

• Maintain contact with clients to assess the quality of technical services provided by the company.
• Contribute to service planning, including scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs/overhauls in the Repair department.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Liaise with International Support in periodic meetings and for discussion of special cases.
• In people management, develop the team to ensure excellence in services delivered to our clients and ensure all activities are recorded in SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Industrial Automation or related field).
• Postgraduate degree in service management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP environment preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in hospital/laboratory automation (IVD).
• Completion of trainings applicable to the role according to the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department training matrix.
• English language skills for reading technical manuals and communication with manufacturers.
• Technical documentation control.
• Management of the installed base.
