Manage ERP implementations end-to-end, from scoping through to go-live
Document business processes and client requirements to inform solution design
Configure and customise Acumatica to meet client-specific business needs
Deliver end-user training to ensure smooth system adoption
Develop forms, reports, and customisations tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with the development team on data conversions and technical database customisations
Provide ongoing consulting services to existing clients post-implementation

Minimum 2 years' experience implementing MYOB Acumatica ERP
Accounting or Business IT qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience with relational database theory and fundamentals
Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, Power BI, MS Reports, or equivalent tools
Broader ERP implementation experience across other platforms (Nice to Have)
Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures (Nice to Have)
Advanced report writing and data visualisation skills (Nice to Have)
Demonstrated experience producing Business Process Mapping documentation (Nice to Have)
