Role Overview
- Serve as the key liaison between sales representatives and the operations team
- Support existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Prepare customer quotes and maintain/updating databases
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Conduct customer review calls and fulfill other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment
- Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is considered an asset
- Knowledge of current air and ocean service offerings for transatlantic shipments to the United States and Canada will be considered an asset
- Travel may be required
