Role Overview
- Support the creation and maintenance of templates and recurring communication pieces
- Build email marketing templates
- Create assets for the communication cadence (CRM/lifecycle)
- Develop communications for push, WhatsApp, and promotional campaigns
- Produce adaptations for seasonal campaigns and digital assets
- Maintain visual consistency with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Knowledge of Figma
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks
- Understanding of visual hierarchy and design for conversion
- Interest in CRM and email marketing
- Familiarity with responsive digital assets
- Ability to quickly adapt layouts and create variations
- Previous experience with CRM, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
- Basic HTML knowledge for email is a plus
- Experience with design systems or component libraries is a plus
