Contribute to the governance and execution of the company’s digital transformation agenda, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives related to projects’ implementation, process harmonization, and organizational change.
Analyze and challenge existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational improvement.
Lead and moderate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, testing activities, and decision-making processes with international stakeholders.
Ensure successful execution of project activities including planning, prioritization, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economic or related field.
10+ years of experience in business transformation initiatives, or business process management within international environment.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving transformation initiatives in matrix organizations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision.
