Design and develop electrical diagrams and wiring modules using CAD tools (e.g., E3-Zuken, Siemens NX, Catia).
Define electrical component specifications and prepare BOM-related data (ANC allocation, PNC Design-BOM).
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, including functionality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and environmental standards.
Support prototype/sample builds with suppliers for development and validation purposes.
Provide technical support to factories to reduce rework and improve productivity.
Manage the full lifecycle of electrical components, including catalogue, specifications, cost models, and documentation.
Drive innovation and improvement initiatives (quality, cost optimization, standardization, new features) while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
Strong electrical engineering expertise, including component design, testing, and development.
Proficiency in tools related to WH design (e.g., Zuken E3, Siemens NX, CATIA) and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, EMI/EMC, environmental rules).
Experience in design for manufacturing/assembly and value engineering within the appliance industry.
Ability to collaborate effectively in international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and structured engineering approach, with a proactive mindset for learning and innovation.
