Lead the strategy and execution of GXO’s workers compensation program
Assist in development and measurement of annual objectives and key results (OKRs), Quarterly Targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Recommend strategies to meet or exceed goals
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and OKRs
Communicate gaps, trends, or observations to leadership
Evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of vendors and subcontracted vendors
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational enhancement
Analyze industry benchmarks and draft reports for use in evaluating comparative program performance
Oversee and analyze Return-to-Work performance against Workers Compensation strategy
Manage the Litigation Platform which includes evaluating defense counsel outcomes
Collaborate with external and internal partners
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related field
5 years progressive experience in finance or analytical role within a casualty brokerage firm, third-party claim administrator or corporate risk management department
1-year leadership experience
Experience in drafting formal documents
Developing and delivering presentations
Project planning and cross functional collaboration
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Querying experience with Risk Management Information System tools
