Lead and develop a team of up to 4 managers, driving performance across a workforce of up to 150 colleagues through engagement and enablement
Deliver all operational, customer, and people KPIs while exceeding cost and financial targets
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, managing stock loss and damage within agreed tolerances
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities that enhance customer experience, engagement, and financial performance
Build a high-performing, inclusive culture by developing talent and strengthening cross-functional relationships

Proven experience in a management role, leading large teams within a logistics or warehouse environment
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with a track record of delivering KPIs and SLAs
Good analytical and decision-making ability, with customer focus and financial acumen (budgets, P&L)
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
