Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of business as a Proposals Sr Manager
Lead the development of complex, voluminous proposals for Enterprise, multi-billion dollar and other large opportunities in collaboration with the Capture Manager and a team of experts
Interact effectively with senior leadership and staff throughout the development of the proposal
Develop a proposal strategy that results in a high quality, compliant and compelling proposal
Manage and be accountable for compliance and the timely submission of proposals by managing and controlling all proposal activities against the schedule and requirements
Develop and conduct structured and organized proposal kick-off meetings
Conduct proposal color reviews and collaborate with the assigned color review lead or chair
Effectively communicate with GDIT leadership as required including the CEO during reviews
Requirements
5+ years of related experience
US Citizenship required
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Demonstrated experience managing and developing complex, voluminous proposals for opportunities exceeding $100 million dollars including all proposal volumes (technical, solution, cost, and others)
Advanced MS Word and MS Office skills are required.
Must have a SECRET clearance to start and be willing to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI
