Own the technical discovery process for enterprise prospects, uncovering operational pain points, data environments, and planning maturity to inform a tailored solution narrative
Design and deliver customized demos of the GAINS Decision Engineering & Orchestration (DEO) platform, aligning product capabilities to each prospect's specific supply chain challenges
Build and maintain demo environments, data sets, and scenario libraries that reflect real-world use cases across GAINS's key verticals (distribution, manufacturing, aftermarket)
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate, differentiated, and well-positioned responses in collaboration with Product and Engineering
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including scoping, setup, execution, and results presentation, ensuring clear alignment between POC outcomes and prospect success criteria
Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, account planning, and competitive positioning to strengthen GAINS's standing throughout the evaluation process
Communicate prospect feedback, feature gaps, and competitive intelligence to Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap prioritization
Support the development of solution playbooks, demo scripts, and technical sales collateral for use across the team
Participate in field events, webinars, and prospect workshops as a subject matter expert on GAINS's planning methodology and platform capabilities
Requirements
5+ years in a presales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role at a B2B enterprise software company
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical evaluations and POCs with enterprise buyers across multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, and replenishment
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt technical depth to audiences ranging from planners to C-suite executives
Experience configuring and delivering SaaS platform demonstrations tailored to prospect-specific use cases and data
Comfort navigating ambiguity in enterprise sales cycles and working collaboratively with Account Executives on deal strategy
Ability to translate functional requirements into clear, credible solution narratives without overpromising on product capabilities
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
