Design IAM solutions for Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.
Architect and implement SSO, MFA, and federation using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Develop and maintain RBAC models and identity lifecycle processes.
Integrate enterprise Identity Providers (e.g., Entra ID, Okta, Ping) with business applications.
Partner with security, application, and business teams to ensure compliance with access and governance standards.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support for IAM initiatives.

8+ years of IAM experience, including architecture responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce identity integrations.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA security and access management.
Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and identity federation.
Experience with enterprise Identity Providers such as Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
