Lead the analysis, evaluation, and clarification of customer business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP Business One solutions and recommending optimized technical and functional designs throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons, ensuring solutions align with customer business objectives and best practices.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct gap analysis between customer business requirements and system capabilities, proposing effective solutions and process improvements.
Proactively manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution, while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Mentor and support Consultants and junior team members during project execution and support activities.
Participate in solution architecture discussions, system optimization initiatives, and complex troubleshooting activities.

Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and core add-ons.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting and support.
Successfully participated in at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA, including Crystal Reports.
Fluent or native-level English proficiency.
Additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
