Design and iterate flows, screens, and components for the Bari app and internal portals, taking into account regulatory requirements from the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) where applicable.
Maintain and evolve the Design System — creating components, tokens, variants, and technical documentation for the Web and Mobile teams.
Produce complete handoffs for the development team, including clear specifications of states, edge cases, business rules, and accessibility requirements.
Mentor the team's junior designer, providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables.
Actively collaborate with Product and Engineering in refinement, review, and planning ceremonies, representing design with autonomy and clarity.
Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all channels, maintaining a systemic view of the impact of each decision on the Design System and products.

Strong portfolio with UX and UI projects — both mobile and web.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Advanced experience with Design Systems: creating or maintaining components, semantic tokens, documentation, and governance.
Ability to manage tasks autonomously with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Clear and concise communication with multidisciplinary teams — Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
Active listening and collaborative mindset, with the ability to align differing perspectives without compromising the technical quality of the design.
