Own the site’s quality system — audits, ISO compliance, procedures, and continuous improvement
Lead and develop the quality team (supervisors, technicians, and inspectors)
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence
Partner with operations to improve performance — reducing scrap, rework, and variation
Oversee inspections, testing, and quality metrics to ensure consistent product performance
Act as the point of contact for customer quality concerns, returns, and escalations
Build and deliver training to strengthen quality awareness across the plant
Provide clear updates and insights to plant and corporate leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related) or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience leading quality in a manufacturing or construction environment
Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and audits
Proven experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA, 8D, etc.)
Leadership experience managing teams and driving accountability
Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable improvements
Experience handling customer quality issues
Nice to have: Certifications (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, Lean), ISO Lead Auditor experience
