You will be the growth architect for eKnowID — building, testing, and scaling the systems that turn curious small business owners into paying, loyal customers.
If you need a fully built marketing machine to tweak, this is not your role.
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO on a contract basis as a growth leader.
You’ll direct and collaborate with an existing team that includes a Social Media Content Assistant, copywriters, and video editors.
Your job is to be the strategic growth operator; the team executes alongside you.
Your first 90 days are focused on three things: activate the win-back campaign, build the outbound pipeline, and launch paid social.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience with a proven track record tied to revenue outcomes
HubSpot expert
Deep proficiency in workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting
Demonstrated SMB marketing success (B2B)
Paid media operator
Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Cold outbound experience
AI-native operator
Exceptional copywriter
