About this role
Role Overview
Provides technical support to technical and non-technical customers
Diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs and debugs complex software and/or networked systems
Maintains accurate records of all activities and interactions in Salesforce
Creates, resolves, and maintains tickets
Informs management of important issues regarding personnel, performance, customer perception, and project statuses
Partners with senior level team members as needed to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents.
Requirements
Customer support experience
Customer-focused and ability to understand expectations
Direct experience supporting customers as a primary contact or lead using phone and email
Experience troubleshooting complex issues
SQL and Windows platform experience
U.S. citizenship required for Public Trust clearance
Willingness to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Ability to work a 4x10-hour shift and flexible scheduling required
