About this role

Supervise consultant teams on high-impact ERP projects
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
Act as the senior interface between business stakeholders, the IT department (DSI), and system integrators
Design and oversee change management strategies
Lead the identification and integration of the latest technological innovations
Manage and develop a team of consultants

Master's degree (or equivalent, e.g., business school)
Minimum 7 years' experience in a consulting firm or at an ERP vendor, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or project manager role
Strong functional expertise in at least one market-leading Finance ERP, in particular SAP S/4HANA
Deep operational knowledge of one or more end-to-end Finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C
Excellent written and spoken English
Available for national and international travel
Curious, solution-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity
