Requirements
6-8 years of experience working with procurement platforms (Source-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, or Requisition-to-Pay), including at least 2 years supporting the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
A proven track record of leading the delivery of complex features, major product releases, or service transitions within a product ownership or delivery management capacity.
Versatile framework expertise with hands-on experience navigating environments as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Agile Coach.
Strong strategic acumen with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into structured implementation roadmaps and technical delivery strategies.
Advanced problem-solving skills and proficiency with modern delivery tools to analyze dependencies, run root-cause analysis, and optimize workflows.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a coaching mindset that unlocks team potential and inspires collaborative success.
