Operations management: Ensuring efficient and cost-optimized power plant operations while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial control: Responsibility for the business unit's cost budget of CHF 500 million.
Leadership: Direct management of 9 employees and overall responsibility for approximately 370 employees.
Strategic contribution: Active participation in the divisional management of Hydropower & Biomass and the introduction of innovative solutions.
Emergency management: Establishment and maintenance of an appropriate emergency organization.
Network and stakeholder management: Representing interests on partner plant boards and close collaboration with customers and authorities.

Technical foundational education (Dipl. Ing. ETH/FH) and ideally additional business administration training or an MBA.
At least 10 years of qualified leadership experience, including 5 years in the power plant industry.
Experience in project management and leading large projects.
Excellent German and English skills; French and Italian are an advantage.
High degree of personal responsibility, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
