Act as QA representative around responsible AI use within the company
Perform in-depth analysis of business requests and translate these requests into technical specifications
Act as “translator” between business and technical units
Maintain effective and transparent communication channels with both business and technical stakeholders throughout our Research & Development Division and our Manufacturing Division
Identify and communicate impact of changes to interdependent systems & downstream data solutions
Contribute to the development of training for access and continuing education for our user communities
Serve as a liaison between the Platform (support) team and our Research & Development Division QA business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
Proactively provide insights and support to project teams, functional areas, and system owners
Requirements
Master’s Degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline including Data Science/Analytics, or Bachelor’s degree with complimentary work experience
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience communicating AI principles
Experience with Responsible AI/AI Ethics
Extensive problem solving and critical thinking skills
Experience with stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience
Ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements to process, driving the associated change
Ability to lead and support several high priority projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while coordinating with larger teams
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with our Research & Development Division QA and more broadly to drive consensus
