As part of our clients' procurement teams, in international environments, you contribute to the development and deployment of Software Asset Management strategies.
Define a roadmap to anticipate renewals and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee correct software usage through a thorough understanding of licensing mechanisms to anticipate legal and compliance risks.
Manage declarations, inventories/measurements and reservations using market-standard tools.
Manage demand to optimize software usage and volume changes.
Implement remediation plans when necessary.
Manage vendors' license portals.
Coordinate stakeholders to define new requirements and prepare renewals.
Requirements
You have a good understanding of distributed technical architectures: Windows/Linux systems, databases, virtualization solutions, and cloud environments.
Experience with a market SAM tool (Aspera, Snow, Flexera, ...) and/or a discovery/inventory tool (BigFix, SCCM, vROps, Hyper-V, Splunk, ...) is an asset.
You have strong skills in researching and analysing legal, technical, and financial documentation.
