Define and implement a performance strategy for the company’s contracting activity.
Oversee and intervene across all key stages of a contract’s lifecycle.
Streamline contractual processes to increase productivity and facilitate decision-making.
Identify, prevent, and control litigation risks related to regulations and their evolution.
Communicate and act as the interface with all stakeholders involved in a project or contract: internal (legal, marketing, commercial/sales and finance) and external (clients, service providers and suppliers, administrative authorities).
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Procurement/Purchasing.
At least 6 years of experience in operational IT procurement broadly: Software, Hardware, Professional Services (P2I), Telecoms.
Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are major assets for the success of the project.
