Role Overview
- Customer support for Solventum products & services
- Acting as central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers and internal interfaces
- Monitoring work queues for new requests
- Identifying contacts in new companies and analysing customer needs
- Supporting the sales and marketing functions in the development of sustainable customer relationships
- Completing assigned tasks within agreed targets
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
- Acting according to Solventum regulation and policies
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- Commercial flair on the phone
- Customer First Thinking
- Previous experience working with Salesforce
- Previous experience working within customer service is a benefit
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical thinking
