About this role
Role Overview
Customer support for Solventum products & services
Acting as central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers and internal interfaces
Monitoring work queues for new requests
Identifying contacts in new companies and analysing customer needs
Supporting the sales and marketing functions in the development of sustainable customer relationships
Completing assigned tasks within agreed targets
Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
Acting according to Solventum regulation and policies
Requirements
Fluent in English and German
Commercial flair on the phone
Customer First Thinking
Previous experience working with Salesforce
Previous experience working within customer service is a benefit
Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
