Role Overview
- Design, develop and maintain methodologies for outpatient public and proprietary methodologies
- Perform validation and testing analysis of healthcare data
- Serve as methodology expert with Research team
- Collaborate with Chief Product Owner and Development team to implement enhancements
- Maintain process documentation and produce summaries
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare industry in various roles
- Strong expertise in HCPCS/CPT, ICD-10-CM, and claims processing
- Significant experience working with excel and databases
- Familiarity with use of AI for research and analytics
- Master's degree in health field or HIM credentials is a plus
- High integrity and work ethic
- Ability to manage frequent context switching in dynamic environments
