Work with the Rental Business Manager to promote the sale and rent of Rental Equipment
Assist with rentals, sales, and rental invoicing to internal and external customers
Assist the Rental Business Manager with analyzing market opportunity data to develop rental forecasts for each territory
Conduct regular reviews of competitive rental rates to ensure that rates are in alignment with the market while maintaining profitability target goals of the department
Maintain and updates training for the rental business system
Assist the Rental Business Manager with processing rental agreements, reviewing certificates of insurance, UCC filing, manage CAT Rental Store leads, sales reporting, and analytic reporting
Performs other duties as assigned

Individual who is working towards a degree in a business related or other related major in college preferred.
Computer skills essential with experience in Power-Point and Excel required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
Good decision-making skills.
