Role Overview
- Take overall ownership of a portfolio of office buildings
- Ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently in line with global standards
- Manage and follow up on service contracts and SLAs, ensuring high performance
- Identify opportunities to optimise services, cost, and quality
- Plan and follow up on maintenance and operational activities
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, insurers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance and act as local fire warden
Requirements
- Experience with operation and maintenance of office buildings
- A strong understanding of contract management and service delivery
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost control
- The ability to navigate stakeholders across different levels and functions
- Comfortable working with the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
