Complete outreach and onboarding campaigns that drive adoption of programs like TCGplayer Pro, Direct, and all new products
Track seller readiness, progress, and graduation outcomes through accurate CRM logging and data insights
Partner with Seller Marketing and RevOps to optimize campaign performance and seller communication flows
Model the balance of human compassion and data-powered efficiency

2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or portfolio growth roles
Demonstrated success driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth in a SaaS or marketplace
Experience with HubSpot, G Suite, Tableau, and Outlook
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Validated ability to identify and cultivate emerging customer potential
Data fluency: comfortable using dashboards, CRM, and insights to drive daily prioritization
Energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping small sellers scale
