Manage a portfolio of customers through all stages, from onboarding to renewals.
Proactively build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while mitigating churn.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Analysts, Product & Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify challenges, and develop appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of our products, tools, and processes.
Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with CISOs and other senior security stakeholders within accounts.
Support Marketing by encouraging clients to participate in activities such as reference calls, white papers, testimonials, and conferences.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in cybersecurity or the broader tech sector (SaaS environment preferred).
Experience managing B2B cycles with enterprise accounts and engaging with C-level or senior stakeholders.
Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals, and account management.
Fluent English required (minimum C1); daily bilingual work environment.
Soft skills: leadership, project management, attention to detail, strong communication, and empathy.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) already integrated into daily workflows to improve efficiency, and eager to further leverage them in the workplace.
