About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for managing cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring their successful delivery
- Define and develop comprehensive project plans aligned with cybersecurity objectives
- Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and development teams at all project phases
- Execute projects from design through implementation with strong governance
- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule through structured project management practices
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Track performance indicators and ensure continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a cybersecurity engineering environment
- 3 years' experience in project management roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, network security, etc.)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and frameworks
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800 series)
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
