Technical consultation on modular exhibition and event systems
Solution-oriented sales rather than standard product pitches
Conduct needs analyses, product demonstrations and proposal presentations
Build & develop long-term relationships: You establish trust and grow existing customer relationships.
Account management and expansion of existing B2B customers
Establish long-term partnerships with agencies, exhibition contractors and corporate clients
Close collaboration with customers throughout the entire sales process
Understand the market & spot opportunities: You keep an eye on the market and identify new opportunities early.
Market and competitor monitoring within your sales territory
Identification of new trends and business opportunities
Derivation of concrete sales opportunities
Create visibility & expand your network: You actively represent the company in the industry.
Participation in national trade fairs, networking events and industry meetups
Build a strong network in Germany and the DACH region
Help shape strategy & deliver results: You work closely with management to further develop sales.
Close cooperation with executive management on sales strategy
Regular reporting to the Country Manager DACH
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales: You know sales processes and are comfortable engaging with customers.
Completed commercial or technical training or a degree (Bachelor/FH)
Several years of experience in business development, technical sales, B2B sales, key account management or field sales
Industry knowledge is an advantage: Ideally you are already familiar with the market.
Experience in exhibition stand construction, events, displays, event technology or related industries is a plus
