About this role
Role Overview
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle email management, correspondence, and communication on behalf of executives when appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions and projects.
Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation.
Liaise with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members professionally.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management and communication tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, or similar platforms is an advantage.
