Project Director, Live Communication

Role Overview

• Take full responsibility for complex live communication projects from initial needs assessment through to successful delivery.
• Understand business and communication objectives and translate them into clear briefs.
• Lead pitches and proposal processes—both in content and operations.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams across consulting, creative, production and project management.
• Be accountable for quality, timelines, resources and financial success.
• Make decisions under uncertainty and manage risks professionally.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading demanding projects at an agency for live communication, events or brand experience.
• Understanding of strategic contexts, creative processes and operational execution.
• Confident collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen.
• Confident presentation and moderation skills—fluent in German and ideally also in English.
