Design and drive the long-term strategic planning process for the Porsche Asia Pacific (PAP) region
Lead holistic sales analysis by evaluating market trends and performance to ensure robust, data-driven planning based on defined assumptions
Develop and enhance analytical tools and methodologies to forecast market development and identify future sales potential
Ensure effective demand and supply planning by aligning sales forecasts with operational and production requirements
Manage the tactical incentive budget process in accordance with timelines and governance requirements while ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation of funds
Support the design and implementation of programmes to drive growth and operational efficiency
Identify sales risks, define mitigation measures and monitor risk exposure across markets
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects supporting Porsche Asia Pacific’s long-term growth strategy
Lead a team of two specialists, overseeing Sales Analytics and Sales Operations functions to drive alignment and effective execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/Information Technology/Finance or a related field
5-7 years working experience in a related field
Strong structural, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge in sales planning, market analysis and business forecasting with understanding of sales operations and performance drivers
Proficiency in data analytics and ability to develop insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
Good team player and willing to work in multicultural environment
