Perform thorough evaluations of applicants' prospects of success based on qualitative and quantitative data points
Own the process for the entire candidate journey from first contact to contract signing
Confidently support funding acquisition and professionally manage stakeholders, including employment agencies
Strategically develop and improve advisory standards
Requirements
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for proactively and openly engaging with prospects
Strong affinity for dynamic work environments and a drive to pursue ambitious targets
High degree of independence, personal responsibility and the ability to maintain oversight when handling multiple complex application processes in parallel
Several years of experience in a consultation-intensive B2C sales environment or in upscale hotel and hospitality services
Solid experience collaborating with public employment agencies and job centres
Confident use of Google Workspace applications and solid experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
