About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and identify new opportunities (SMB & large accounts).
Manage and grow an existing portfolio.
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, pre-sales, negotiation and closing.
Identify the challenges and needs of CIOs, CISOs, IT teams and business stakeholders.
Build commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales, technical experts and delivery teams.
Write and present commercial proposals.
Participate in pitches and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Ensure rigorous follow-up of sold projects and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Technical knowledge (required): Infrastructure solutions (servers, virtualization, storage, backup).
Networking & security (switching, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN).
Managed services / support / O&M (operational maintenance) / integration and deployment.
Understanding of IT architectures and digital transformation.
Excellent command of long and complex sales cycles.
Clear communication and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Strong negotiation skills, rigor and autonomy.
Comfortable working with CIOs and business unit stakeholders.
Professional level of English.
3 to 7 years' experience in B2B IT solutions sales.
