Sales Specialist

Role Overview

• Prospect and identify new opportunities (SMB & large accounts).
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio.
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, pre-sales, negotiation and closing.
• Identify the challenges and needs of CIOs, CISOs, IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Build commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales, technical experts and delivery teams.
• Write and present commercial proposals.
• Participate in pitches and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of sold projects and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge (required): Infrastructure solutions (servers, virtualization, storage, backup).
• Networking & security (switching, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN).
• Managed services / support / O&M (operational maintenance) / integration and deployment.
• Understanding of IT architectures and digital transformation.
• Excellent command of long and complex sales cycles.
• Clear communication and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Strong negotiation skills, rigor and autonomy.
• Comfortable working with CIOs and business unit stakeholders.
• Professional level of English.
• 3 to 7 years' experience in B2B IT solutions sales.
