Role Overview
- Define and maintain the HSE target architecture across applications, data, and integrations
- Partner with the Product Owner and HSE leaders to convert strategy into digital capabilities
- Guide the product team during implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in IT architecture or solution design
- Experience with HSE digital platforms such as Sphera or similar HSE management tools
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as: SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors)
- Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience supporting regulated or safety-critical environments
