Build AI-first healthcare solutions that improve member outcomes and operational efficiency.
Lead product development across software, services, AI capabilities, and connected devices.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive customer growth. Define and execute launch, positioning, and adoption strategies.
Establish operating rhythms, performance dashboards, customer feedback loops, and market learning systems to measure impact and improve the product over time
Requirements
Strong AI fluency and experience applying AI to products, workflows, or operations.
10+ years of product management, product leadership, or related leadership experience, including experience leading teams
Proven track record building and scaling a product line from zero to one and one to one hundred in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience building and driving go-to-market strategy for a new product, including early market validation, positioning, launch planning, adoption strategy, and product-market fit
Experience building digital health, healthcare technology, care management, or clinically aligned products
a plus
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to create repeatable processes, operating models, and scalable product infrastructure
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for executive, technical, clinical, commercial, and cross-functional audiences.
