About this role
Role Overview
- Responsibility for the smooth technical operation of our stores in your region
- Planning and management of maintenance, renovation and optimization measures
- Coordination and management of external service providers, including quality control
- Ensuring the functionality of all building services systems (electricity, water, etc.)
- Support with store openings, refurbishments and relocations
- Hands-on support for minor technical tasks on site
- You act as the interface between the technical team, operations and external partners — ensuring that everything runs smoothly
Requirements
- Technical or commercial training in facility/building services or a related field
- High willingness to travel within your region (approx. 70–85%)
- Independent, structured working style and a genuine “get-things-done” mindset
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
- Driver's license class B (C1 advantageous)
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- German language skills at least C1 and English skills at least B1
