Define scalable, resilient, and well-structured architectures, considering trade-offs between performance, cost, complexity, and time-to-market;
Take end-to-end ownership: from design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous evolution of systems;
Develop and evolve backend solutions in .NET, following best practices, design patterns, and a strong focus on quality;
Maintain and modernize existing systems, including refactoring legacy code and resolving critical incidents;
Translate technical decisions into clear business impacts, supporting stakeholders in decision-making;
Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software reliability;
Design observability from the outset, including metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and business continuity strategies;

Solid experience in backend development with .NET and C#;
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase, and MongoDB;
Experience in data modeling and query optimization;
Familiarity with Entity Framework and Dapper;
Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ and/or Kafka) and event-driven architecture;
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating services;
Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes;
Experience working on high-volume, high-criticality systems;
Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization;
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog);
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);
Regular use of AI tools in daily development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar);
Strong experience with automated testing;
Ability to understand the customer’s vision.
