Verify and validate client registration information for client onboarding and case openings;
Register client contracts in the system;
Support tender/bid processes by collecting the required documentation;
Ensure accuracy when entering the clauses of new contracts into the system;
Enter contract billing notes;
Track contracts with the firm's suppliers;
Send confidentiality agreements to clients to enable the provision of information required for approval/homologation, and respond to homologation questionnaires.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
