Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Manage the integrity of the general ledger, chart of accounts, cost center structures, and related financial data.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal control standards.
Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet governance activities.
Partner with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Technology, and business leaders to support reporting and operational objectives.
Support SEC filings, regulatory reporting, consolidation activities, and audit readiness efforts.
Develop, coach, and mentor a team of accounting professionals to drive performance and accountability.
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across accounting and close processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.
3+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
1+ years of leadership experience.
1+ years of experience with SOX controls.
