Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Role Overview

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of prior experience assisting customers in any capacity/line of work
• Candidates with college degrees who lack customer-related experience are encouraged to apply
• Must be bilingual and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Must pass pre-employment skills assessments, a background check, and a drug screening
