Responsible for developing the communication plans for the group’s brands, ensuring consistency with each brand’s positioning and strategic objectives.
Prepare strategic briefs for marketing channels, agencies and communication partners, ensuring clear direction, adherence to deadlines and fulfillment of business needs.
Interface with specialist teams to identify opportunities and exchange requirements, acting as a facilitator and contributing to greater brand exposure and the achievement of business metrics.
Oversee the execution of communication plans with agencies and internal teams, ensuring alignment of deliverables, timelines and quality standards.
Participate in performance and campaign results analysis with specialist teams, assisting in consolidating learnings and recommendations for future cycles.
Manage timelines, approval workflows and campaign budget control.
Lead ad hoc projects, acting as a PMO between departments and/or external partners.
Contribute to mapping consumer, behavior and communication trends to support brand planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Significant prior experience in communication planning, marketing or branding — in-house, agency or consultancy.
Systemic thinking and the ability to work on multiple topics and projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of brand strategy and the development of integrated campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Preferred: experience with social listening tools, performance analysis and consumer insights.
