Role Overview
- Connect with Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, the Medical Community and Vendor Partners
- Make follow-up phone calls and send written communication to relevant parties
- Complete functional telephone interviews with Plan Members
- Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate
- Support payment of invoices
- Update Plan Member banking information.
Requirements
- Currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health
- Great organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance
- Experience in customer service or administrative work.
