Role Overview
- Execute and oversee the technical implementation of retention marketing programs across client accounts
- Transform strategy into execution by building and maintaining email, SMS, segmentation, automation, and onsite conversion experiences
- Support account audits, onboarding projects, and technical account setup
- Lead migrations from platforms such as Attentive, Mailchimp, and others
- Perform technical QA across campaigns, flows, segments, forms, and integrations
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo Email and SMS
- Experience building advanced flows, segments, forms, and automations
- Experience with platform migrations and ecommerce integrations
- Familiarity with custom events and data architecture
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and QA skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
